What Happens Next?
1. ADJUSTER APPOINTMENT
Your Drip Edge Project Manager will meet an adjuster from your insurance company to inspect your property for damage. The Project Manager will assist the adjuster in identifying all damages and they will come to a mutual resolution for the scope of work to be performed.
2. LOSS SUMMARY and FIRST CHECK
Your insurance company will supply you with a summary detailing the pricing and scope of work covered in your claim. Also included will be your ACV check, which will be the claim amount minus the depreciation.
3. REVIEW LOSS SUMMARY
Your Project Manager will review your loss summary with you. They will answer any questions you may have and will ensure all necessary damages have been covered. Your only out of pocket is your deductible unless you would like to purchase upgrades.
4. SELECT MATERIALS
You will select materials and colors to be used for your project. All Drip Edge Project Managers are knowledgeable in all top quality products we offer and are able to review all of the necessary information with you.
5. ORDER MATERIALS
Once you have authorized the work to be done, materials are ordered using your ACV check and deductible as the deposit.
6. COMPLETE RESTORATION
Materials will be strategically placed in or near your driveway. Weather permitting, work will begin as scheduled and the job will finish in a timely and satisfactory fashion.
7. SUPPLEMENTS
When additional labor and materials are needed to complete a project Drip Edge will bill your insurance company directly for the difference. They will combine this bill along with the final check all on one check. Any additional money paid by the insurance company will be owed to Drip Edge.
8. FINAL PAYMENT
Once your job is satisfactorily completed, your Drip Edge Project Manager will invoice your insurance company for the final check, which will include all final payments to complete your roof replacement project.
